Drawing from 20 years of experience as a tax and financial advisor, Thelia’s focus includes finding comprehensive solutions to advanced planning objectives for retirement, estate taxes, gift taxes, income taxes, philanthropic intentions and investments.
 

Thelia holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from Pacific Union College in Angwin, Calif. She also has a graduate certificate in estate planning from Golden Gate University’s School of Taxation, and she holds the Personal Financial Specialist designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
